vendor management is a very crucial part for an organisation, it enables organizations to control costs, drive service excellence, reduces risks to gain high value from their vendors throughout the deal life cycle.

my primary responsibilities include:
- processing and monitoring incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
- keep track and process accounts and incoming payments
- perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
- prepare and send out bills, invoices and bank deposits
- verify billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- verify discrepancies by and resolve client's billing issues
- facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organisation by sending bill reminders and making collection calls to outstanding accounts
- generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

we have to solve them in one single push rather than through a process of continuous improvement, rigid work systems are unable to deal with the actual problems faced at the grassroots level.
